- Potatoes4-5 large potatoes
- Boiled Eggs3-4
- Dill Pickle Relish
Boil your potatoes until they are done (fork tender and when you bite into the potato it tastes done). Then drain and place into a large bowl.
Boil your eggs, peel and then chop finely
Combine and put in your refrigerator to cool.
After the eggs and potatoes have cooled, pull the bowl out of the refrigerator and add mayonnaise, dill pickle relish and salt and mix. There is no set amount of how much to add, this will be based on your personal taste. My family knows we have the right ratio when the potato salad has a yellow tint to it.
