Home Made Enchalidias


Steak or Chicken
2 pieces
Slice Steak into cubes prior to cooking. When using Chicken, use chicken breasts cook throughly then shred chicken
White Corn tortillias
1 bag
Yellow Corn Tortillias tend to break in half
Taco Seasoning
1 pk
Shredded Cheese
1 pk
Sour Cream
1 conatainer
Enchilida Sauce
2-3 Cans 16oz
Either traditional or green chili enchilida sauce can be used

Preparation mode:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cook Steak or chicken thoroughly

On med heat, place one corn tortilla on a skillet or hot plate just enough to warm up each side of the tortilla.

Place meat on the tortilla and fold into a round circle.  Do this with all the meat.  If you just want cheese, you can do the same with cheese.  Place in a cake pan.

After the cake pan is full, pour the Enchilada Sauce over the entire cake pan.  Do not use sparingly.  Spread cheese over all Enchiladas.  May use the entire package.

Place in oven for 15 min

Garnish with more cheese, sour cream and refried beans if desired.
