Growing up I loved the flavor of giblet gravy but the idea of eating the giblets grossed me out. I would painstakingly pick through the gravy with a line of family and family friends behind me whilst I was bing picky. My dear, dear momma is not a cook and she had this option and it was well, really good. I highly recommend this if you are limited on time or have picky eaters!
If you don’t have the shredded chicken, don’t let it stop you, the gravy should still be good!
