Cole Slaw


Bag of Cole Slaw Mix
16 Ounces
You can find this bag at the grocery store. It is just pre-shredded cabbage and carrots
Diced Onion
2 Tablespoons
Miracle Whip
2/3 Cups
Vegetable Oil
3 Tablespoons
1/2 Cups
White Vinegar
1 Tablespoons
Salt (Kosher)
1/4 Teaspoons
Poppy Seeds
1/2 Teaspoons

Sorry I don’t have a photo of the cole slaw, but I will come back and update as soon as I can find one or as soon as I make this great recipe again.

How to put this together

Take the bag of cole slaw mix and stick it into a bowl (one big enough to mix it in) and leave it alone 🙂

Take all of the other ingredients and place them into a different mixing bowl.  Mix them all together (I use a whisk) until they are fully integrated.  It will almost have a glue type of look/texture.

Take this mixture and pour it onto the cole slaw mix in the different bowl.  Try to mix it in as best as possible (I use tongs), cover it and stick it in the refrigerator, and leave it alone for two whole hours.  You will question me, your sanity for trusting me on this recipe, because you will think that this won’t work.  BUT if you follow the recipe and leave it alone for two tiny hours…magic happens!

After the two hours you can take it out of the refrigerator, and mix the ingredients again and you will think to yourself … “SELF! This looks YUM”

Serve cold and enjoy 😀

It takes about 15 minutes to pull this together but 2 hours to turn wonderful!
