- Sour Cream16 OuncesYou can use either Light or Regular Sour Cream
- Ranch Dip Mix1 Ounces1 oz equals to 1 package
- Jalapenos (whole, large, and seeded)2
- Garlic cloves (minced)2
- Fresh Cilantro1/3 Cups
- Lime (whole and juiced)1
- Milk2-4 Tablespoons
Roughly chop the jalapenos, cilantro and garlic cloves in a food processor chop and scrape down the sides a time or two.
Add lime juice and sour cream, and pulse until creamy.
Add milk slowly until you’ve reached your desired consistency.
Add Ranch dip mix. Mix well.
You can use it as a dip or a sauce to any Tex-Mex meal
When I travel to Texas or Oklahoma, I always dine a Chuy's. Chuy's serves this on their chicka chika boom boom meal. You can also request a side of it to dip your chips in.
