In a sealable Tupperware container put:
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Ground Red Pepper (Cayenne)
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp Slap Yo Mamma Cajun Seasoning: Red Hot
4 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Basil
Seal and SHAKE IT!!!
* Brown That Beef *
* Cut 1 Pound Sharp Cheddar into Large Cubes *
3/4 Green Pepper – Minus Seeds
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Yellow Onion
Whole Jalapeno – Minus stem – Minus Seeds
* Sauté Veggies in Coconut Oil until lightly darkened *
In a crockpot put:
1 Large Can of Tomato Sauce (Hunts)
1 Normal Can of Tomato sauce (Hunts)
2 Can Diced Tomatoes (Del Monte – Zesty Chili Style)
1 Can Green Beans (Little Giant)- Drained
1 Can Sweet Corn (Little Giant) – Drained
2 Can Light Red Kidney Beans (Busch) – Drained
A Few healthy Pinches of Brown Sugar
Splash of Guinness Draft Beer
STIR! STIR! STIR!
Submerge your cheese cubes
Bring to a boil and stir until cheese is fully melted. Reduce heat and let simmer for 4 to 12 hours. I like 12 hours. Stir occasionally.
With cheese, crackers, and good company.
