I decided to try to flavor potatoes while boiling them. It turned out great! After the potatoes were one being boiled, I then put them in an oven at 450° and let them get crispy on the outside. If you have done this, do you have a favorite flavor combo? I used rosemary, sage and thyme.
There is another food movie out that I am wanting to watch, it is called “Burnt”. Maybe today since it is a snow day?
Growing up part of my life in South Carolina, I became very spoiled on things like peaches, boiled peanuts, hash and rice, and sweet tea.
Peaches make me sad when I get them outside of South Carolina.
I am now spoiled to eat strawberries from the community near Vandenberg AFB in California because WOW they are amazing.
